Not sure what you are doing this weekend? Why not ask some friends for dinner or surprise your loved one and make a nice gourmet meal? Search your local area for personal gourmet food shops like "Gutta på Haugen" at St.Hanshaugen in Oslo. Do NOT write a shopping list before you go in, just let your senses decide whats for dinner. To top it all off, supplement it all with a nice bottle of wine and just enjoy... I know it will be a winner!
